Activate Apple CarPlay permanently — wireless or via USB, depending on the model.
Many vehicles ship with Apple CarPlay built in but disabled. We activate it permanently in the head unit — no subscription, no adapter, no extra hardware. The activation survives manufacturer software updates; if an update ever resets it, we restore it free of charge.

Does the activation survive a software update?
Usually yes. If a manufacturer update does reset it, we restore it free of charge — just get in touch.
Do I need a cable or does it work wirelessly?
That depends on the head unit. Newer generations support wireless, older ones only USB. After reading your car out we tell you what it supports.
Will it work on my model year?
The function has to exist in the control unit. On very old head units it simply does not — then only a hardware retrofit helps, and we usually advise against it.
Can this be undone?
Yes. We back up the original state beforehand and restore it on request at any time.
